Make Room for What Matters
A three-part workshop series for reflection, connection, creativity & joy
What if you gave yourself a little more room to pause, notice what matters, and make space for more of what lights you up?
What
Make Room for What Matters is a three-part workshop series for women who want to slow down enough to listen to themselves, reconnect with what brings them energy and meaning, and explore small, meaningful ways to bring more of that into everyday life.
Across three gatherings, we'll create space to:
Pause and reflect on what's important to us right now
Notice what brings us joy, energy, curiosity, and a sense of aliveness
Explore our values, strengths, gifts, and the things that make us uniquely ourselves
Reconnect with purpose—not as something we have to figure out, but as something we can notice and live into
Take small, doable steps toward the things that matter
Play, create, laugh, wonder, and try new things
Be supported and inspired by a consistent community of women
We'll gather once a month for three months, creating a small, consistent community where relationships can deepen and ideas can take root over time.
Come exactly as you are.
Bring your curiosity.
We'll make some room together.
Who
You! And any female identified friend, neighbor, co-worker or acquaintance who is interested in experiencing connection and joy.

Why
We believe that connectedness, care and play are key components to living meaningful and joyful lives. In that spirit, we plan to host quarterly Connect-Ups for women to reflect, connect and play.
What to expect
Each gathering will include reflection, conversation, creative and playful activities, and opportunities to connect with others in meaningful ways. Between sessions, you'll have simple invitations to notice, try, and carry what you're discovering into your everyday life. Our monthly themes:
January- NOTICE/Nourish
What matters? What lights me up? Who am I when I'm most myself?
February- EXPLORE/Tend
What becomes possible when I give those things more room?
March- LIVE/Grow
What tiny shifts could help me bring more of this into my life?
